About the Service

The WorldiFi service provides users access to the internet through WorldiFi‘s global network of WiFi hotspots.

To access the WorldiFi service, you must:

  • download the WorldiFi mobile application on a compatible device;
  • register your details on the WorldiFi app; and
  • purchase a WorldiFi pass

Compatible Device

The WorldiFi mobile application is compatible with:

  • Apple iPhones and iPads using iOS 9 or later
  • Android OS Jellybean or later

You must have a compatible device to use the WorldiFi service.

Coverage

The WorldiFi service is only available through WorldiFi Wi-Fi hotspots and these may change from time to time. To determine if a hotspot is available where you are or where you will be, please visit www.worldifi.com

Minimum Term

There is no minimum term for WorldiFi. You can choose to stop using the service at any point with no termination fee.

Usage

The WorldiFi service is not metered, which means you can access as much data as you would like when connected to a WorldiFi Wi-Fi hotspot.

What’s Not Included

The WorldiFi service provides you access to the internet via WorldiFi
s global network of Wi-Fi hotspots, which means you will not have access to mobile voice calls or SMS.

Your Minimum Charge

The WorldiFi 30-day pass costs $10AUD and is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

Billing

You must purchase a WorldiFi 30-day pass prior to accessing the service and therefore you will not receive a bill.
